15. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class, but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
16. Eat breakfast like a queen (king), lunch like a princess (prince) and dinner like a college kid with a maxed out charge card.
17. Smile and laugh more. It will keep energy vampires away.
36. Call your family often, or email them to death! Hey I’m thinking of ya!
37. Each night before you go to bed complete the following statements: I am thankful for _____. Today I accomplished _________.

May your troubles be less, May your blessings be more, may nothing but happiness come through your door.

Now, what are your favorite tips for great health and prosperity?

The ideals which have lighted my way, and time after time have given me new courage to face life cheerfully, have been Kindness, Beauty, and Truth. The trite subjects of human efforts, possessions, outward success, luxury have always seemed to me contemptible.

It is attributed to Mother Theresa and is written on the wall at her Home for Children in Calcutta. It seems to be an adaptation of a poem by Dr. Kent Keith. You can find his original here.

People are often unreasonable, irrational, and self-centered.

Forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives.

Be kind anyway.

If you are successful, you will win some unfaithful friends, and some genuine enemies.

Succeed anyway.

If you are honest and sincere, people may deceive you.

Be honest and sincere anyway.

What you spend years creating, others could destroy overnight.

Create anyway.

If you find serenity and happiness, some may be jealous.

Be happy anyway.

The good you do today will often be forgotten.

Do good anyway.

Give the best you have, and it will never be enough.

Give your best anyway.

In the final analysis, it is between you and God.

It was never between you and them anyway.
