		<description>Great trip report-- and you have run into the usual conundrum of those who have experienced the Canyon-- you can&#039;t really describe it adequately to someone who hasn&#039;t been there, other than to say you can&#039;t describe the graceful &amp; odd shapes and -- as my wife puts it-- apologize for &quot;not being able to fit the Canyon in your camera-- it&#039;s too big!&quot;

We have backpacked the Canyon, but never run the river-- thanks for your trip report from the river runner perspective!
